Workflow Mapping

Workflow mapping is becoming increasingly important for high-paced and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure consistency and to catch errors before they become problems.

We can help you understand your current processes and identify gaps or improvements which can be implemented to increase quality and efficiency.

Work Instructions & Assembly Procedures

High-quality work instructions or assembly procedures can often allow highly complex equipment to be made and assembled by lesser-skilled workers.

These procedures can be built by first understanding the product and how it should be made, then looking at ways the individual tasks can be done incorrectly and protecting against this either procedurally or through an engineering solution.

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

SOPs are very similar to work instructions and assembly procedures but encompass a wider range of tasks.

For example, an SOP may include operating a forklift or a specialty machine where the operation needs to be completed in a certain way to be efficient and safe.

SOPs create alignment for all employees conducting the same task, resulting in consistent output.
